Requirements :

• Male with max. age 30 years old {1 & 2}.
• Male or female with max. 25 years old {3 & 4}.
• Hold min. S1 degree with min. GPA 3,00 majoring in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Engineering & Science {1, 3, 4}, Industrial Engineering, Finance/Accounting or other related disciplines {2} from reputable university.
• Possess min. 3 years experience in system analysis & implementation also 2 years experience in software development {1 & 2}.
• Possess min. 2 years experience in application development, preferable from software house or IT consultant {3} and fresh graduated or final semester student are welcome {4}.
• Deeply & fully understand one of modeling tools, SDLC, and software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge and skill in Business Requirement Analysis.
• Excellent programming skill in C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, Oracle Developer (reporting & database) and Crystal Report {3}.

SECRETARY OF DIRECTOR (SOD)

• Female with max. age 30 years old
• Possess min. D3 degree in secretary with min. GPA 3,00 from Tarakanita Academy is preferably.
• Has min. 5 years experience in the similar position, preferable in plantation or multinational company.
• Excellent secretarial, administrative, presentation skill also familiar with computer literacy (Ms. Office).

CORPORATE ADMINISTRATION TEAM
1. Finance (FIN)
2. Accounting (ACC)
3. Corporate Tax (TAX)
4. Budget Control (BCL)
Requirements :

• Male or female with max. age 30 years old.
• Hold min. S1 degree with min. GPA 3,00 majoring in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines from reputable university.
• Possess min. 2 years (Staff) and 5 years (Supervisor) experience in similar position, preferably in plantation industry or public accountant consultant.
• Great understanding of treasury function and activities {1}.
• Has experience to handle full set of accounts, cash flow management, analysis and reconciliations of financial statement {2}.
• Deep understanding of tax, such as VAT and all income tax {3}.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Multi tasking also meeting high standards as well as high quality & attention to detail person.

CORPORATEINTERNAL AUDIT TEAM
1. Financial Auditor (FA)
2. Infrastructure / Engineering Auditor (IA)
3. Mill Auditor (MA)
4. Agronomy Auditor (AA)
Requirements :

• Male with max. age 30 years old.
• Hold min. S1 degree with min. GPA 3,00 majoring in Accounting {1}, Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering {2 & 3}, Agriculture {4} from reputable university.
• Possess min. 2 years (Staff) and 5 years (Supervisor) experience in similar position, preferably in public accountant consultant {1} & palm oil or rubber plantation industry {2,3,4}.
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadline and willing to travel across Indonesia.
• Deep understanding of finance & accounting skills, such as full set of accounts, cash flow management, analysis and reconciliations of financial statement, budgeting, treasury function and activities {1}.
• Excellent experience in site infrastructure / engineering audit such as Civil, ME, transportation, etc {2}.
• Good proven record experience and knowledge of Mill audit process {3}.
• Familiar with agronomy function and activities such as LC, Nursery until harvest process {4}.
• Multi tasking also meeting high standards as well as high quality & attention to detail person.
• Strong leadership, self motivated, well-organized person and good communication with pleasant interpersonal skills.

MARKETING COSTING (MC)

• Male with max. age 25 years old
• Possess min. D3 degree in accounting, finance or management with min. GPA 3,00.
• Has min. 2 years experience as cost accounting or financial analyst, preferable in plantation industry or public accountant company (KAP).
• Excellent in accounting skills, espcially handling COGS, marketing cost analysis & administrative job also familiar with computer literacy (Ms. Office).
• Good command English both oral or written is MUST.
• Willing to work overtime and willing to travel.
• Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, work independently & effectively in team.
• Strong analytical thinking, good communication and interpersonal skills.

HR & GA TEAM (HRGA)

• Male with max. age 35 years old
• Hold min. S1 Degree in Psychology, Management or Law with min. GPA 3,00.
• Possess min. 3 years (Staff), 5 years (Supervisor) & 7 years (Manager) experience in similar position & preferably in palm oil or rubber plantation industry.
• Excellent experience in all of HR function (personnel, recruitment, reward, industrial relationship), man power regulation (PKWT, PKWTT, Jamsostek, JKDK, etc) and general affair matter (building management & maintenance, akomodation, transportation, etc).

Intensive experiences in maintaining harmony industrial relation as well as handling industrial dispute, counselling employees, recruitment, training, personnel administration,
GENERAL AFFAIR/SERVICES TEAM (GA)

• Male or female with max. age 35 years old.
• Hold min. D3 degree in Management or other related discipline with min. GPA 3,00.
• Possess min. 3 years (Staff), 5 years (Supervisor) & 7 years (Manager) experience in similar position and preferably in palm oil or rubber plantation industry.
• Solid experience in general affair / general service spectrum such as handling fixed asset, insurance system & procedure, purchasing matters, vehicle issue and various government permits.
• Deep knowledge of GA function (Asset & Insurance Management, Office Management, Public Communication, Traveling Administration, Transportation, Maintenance & Facility).
• Willing to work overtime and open to frequent traveling.
• Able to work independently as well as in teams and customer services orientation.
• Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, capacity to learn & adopt new practices.
• Having strong leadership, attention to detail, flexible, good communication and interpersonal skill.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TEAM (CSR)

• Male with max. age 35 years old
• Possess min. bachelor degree in Law, Public Relation, Social or other related discipline with min. GPA 3,00 from repytable university in Indonesia.
• Possess min. 3 years (Staff), 5 years (Supervisor) & 7 years (Manager) experience in similar position and preferably in palm oil or rubber plantation industry.
• Excellent in developing & implementing CSR system with deep understanding of CSR legal aspect (plantation permits : AMDAL, land clearing, heavy equipment, plantation operation, etc).
• Willing to be placed in Sumatra & Kalimantan sites.
• Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, work independently & effectively in team.
• Strong leadership, good negotiation, persuasive, communication and interpersonal skills.

LEGAL & DOCUMENT LICENSE TEAM (LDL)

• Male or female with max. age 35 years old
• Hold min. bachelor degree in Legal with min. GPA 3,00 from reputable university in Indonesia.
• Possess min. 3 years (Staff), 5 years (Supervisor) & 7 years (Manager) experience in similar position and preferably in palm oil or rubber plantation industry.
• Familiar in drafting agreement for acquisition and merger.
• Possess network in agribusiness would be an advantage
• Deep understanding & knowledge of agriculture license regulation in Indonesia
• Excellent ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, be flexible and give attention to detail.
• Willing to travel and good command English both oral or written.
• Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, work independently & effectively in team.
• Strong leadership, good negotiation, persuasive, communication and interpersonal skills.

PROCUREMENT/PURCHASING TEAM (PRO)

• Male or female with max. age 35 years old.
• Hold min. S1 degree in related discipline with min. GPA 3,00 from reputable university in Indonesia.
• Possess min. 3 years (Staff), 5 years (Supervisor) & 7 years (Manager) experience in similar position and preferably in palm oil or rubber plantation industry.
• Good knowledge of sources of supply, market trends, pricing & good communication (spoken and written) skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences on procurement related matters and prepare a variety of written documents, contracts, reports.
• Possess strong soft competencies in Analytical Thinking, Integrity, Achievement Orientation, Team work, Customer Orientation, Communication & Influence, also negotiation skill.
• Having basic knowledge on Procurement technical skills, good level of computer literacy.
• Having good level of English proficiency both spoken and written will be an advantage.
• Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, work independently & effectively in team.
• Able to work in strict deadline and willing to travel across Indonesia.

INFRASTRUCTURE/ENGINEERING TEAM (PRO)

• Male with max. age 35 years old
• Possess min. S1 degree in civil, architecture, mechanical, electrical engineering with min. GPA 3,00 from reputable university.
• Possess min. 3 years (Staff), 5 years (Supervisor) & 7 years (Manager) experience in similar position and preferably in palm oil or rubber plantation industry.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure aspect such as civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, building structure, construction, architectural also familiar with RAB and progress report.
• Firm in decision making, strong in planning, organizational, leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, be flexible, give attention to detail, active and able to work independently as well as in teams.

SITE MEDICAL DOCTOR TEAM (SMD)

• Male with max. age 35 years old
• Hold min. S1 degree in medicine with min. GPA 3,00 from reputable university in Indonesia.
• Possess min. 2 years (site doctor) & 5 years (head doctor) experience in hospital or 24+ hours clinic & preferably in palm oil or rubber plantation industry.
• Having ATLS, ACLS, Hiperkes, PTT completion and Sea Survival certificates is an advantage.
• Experience in handling Medical Evacuation.
• Self reliant with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels within an organization also remain calm in emergency situations.
• Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, work independently & effectively in team.
• Strong leadership, mature and pleasant personality with good nurture.
